Michael Nir, SAFe® SPC, PMP®, ACP®, M.Sc., B. Sc., is the President of Sapir COnsulting US, LLC. With over 16 years of experience, Michael has been leading change at global organizations in diverse industries: Intel Corp, Philips Healthcare, United Healthcare, DnB, Volvo, JP Morgan Chase, CITI and others.

Jose A. Lugo is an accomplished Senior Executive Leader, veteran, author, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he has led massive organizational change, championed process improvements, managed quality systems, and created solutions to affect organizational culture, the efficienty of global operations, and human capital strategies in geographically dispersed organizations in the U.S. and overseas.

Jose A. Lugo Santiago 

He is the author of On the Leadership Journey: 30 Conversations about Leading Yourself and Others, and Lead Me, Really! Transforming heart & Mind to Produce Authentic Leadership, and other peer-reviewed academic works. His doctoral research areas are Culture, Strategic Leadership and Foresight, and Organizational Development and Design.


Damian Heaney

Damian Heaney is a former President and Advisor for the Alamo PMI Chapter. He currently serves as a Chapter Fellow with primary role as mentor for the President and Board of Directors. He also provides technical advice on Chapter business operations, conflict resolution, and ethics enforcement. Damian's industry leadership includes participating in a variety of professioanl associations include the United Services Organization, North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, Association of the United States Army, Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Yullya Cannon

Yullya Cannon, PH.D., PMP®,NCC, Prosci Organizational Change Manager, Leaning Forward Technologies, LLC, is an expert in counseling, organizational change management, and program development and evaluation. Applying the knowledge of change management methodology and project management, Dr. Cannon ensures that the foundational elements of effective leadership, project management and change management are in place in order to help organizations realize business benefits and sustainment of results.

She is an adjunct professor of counseling at the University of Texas San antonio where she teaches doctoral and master's level courses. Dr. Cannon's academic research includes mentoring, professional development, women's leadership, and productivity.


Anthony Cannon

Anthony Cannon, PMP®, PgMP®, PMI-ACP®, SAFe Agilist, and CEO of Leaning Forward Technologies, LLC offers 25 years of managerial and technical experience including 17 years as President/CEO of Frontline Systems, Inc., and 6 years as President and now CEO of Leaning Forward Technologies, LLC (both management, engineering, and software development firms providing services and soutions to the U.S. Federal Government).

Art Garcia

Art Garcia is a retired United States Air Force (USAF) military officer, service-disabled veteran, and certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), eager to serve the next generation of government, industry, and nonprofit leadership and management professianls by applying skills, training, knowledge and expertise to help solve today's organizational, program, and project challenges.

Since retirement from the USAF active duty, Mr. Garica entered industry as a program/project management consultant and instructor. His consulting clients include the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Government Services Administration (GSA), and United States Automoble Association (USAA).

Juanita Sepulveda

Juanita moved to San Antonio after serving in the United States Marine Corps and now calls it home. Ms. Sepulveda earned a Masters of Education and Masters of Science from Texas A&M University – San Antonio from the College of Education and Human Development. She proceeded to work in her areas of expertise to include Education, Logistics, Proposal Writing, and Business Development.

Juanita Sepulveda 

With her passion for San Antonio, the move back to Texas was a natural decision. Following encouragement from family and colleagues, Juanita is currently co-partnering with multiple businesses continuing in support of the development of San Antonio. She considers herself well-balanced like parts of a chart and balance sheet - 2-part mother, 1-part entrepreneur, 3-part educator, and 1-part geek, all combined to help make a difference in the community she lives, works and supports.
