Speaker Bio:

Sergeant Major (Retired) Matt Quick leads PMI’s Military Community-focused efforts, helping service members, veterans, and their families become trained, certified, and job-ready.

With 25 years of combined service in the U.S. Marine Corps and Army, Matt brings extensive leadership experience. His final assignment was as the U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Retention Sergeant Major, where he led recruiting and retention initiatives at scale.

Since retiring, Matt has focused on helping military professionals transition successfully through coaching, LinkedIn engagement, and professional development opportunities.
