 Annual APMI elections IAW APMI Bylaws 21 September 2023.&nbsp\;Pl
 ease consider nominating or nomination for the following positions: Presid
 ent\, Executive Vice-President\, VP of Marketing\, VP of Membership\, and 
 VP of Volunteers.
 These positions are staggered so that half the board i

  Role&nbsp\;Highlights
 Section 3. The PRESIDENT shall be the chief execu
 tive officer for the Alamo PMI and of the Board and shall perform such dut
 ies as are customary for presiding officers\, including making all require
 d appointments with the approval of the Board. The PRESIDENT shall also se
 rve as a member ex-officio with the right to participate and vote on all c
 ommittees except the Nominating Committee.
 Section 4. The EXECUTIVE VICE
  PRESIDENT (EVP) is the elected Board member who will assist the President
  with his or her duties of managing the chapter and assume the role of the
  chapter president if the president is unable to perform duties for any re
 ason. The EVP is responsible for special interest groups (Chapter Committe
 es) as referred to in Article VII. In situations where the President is te
 mporarily unavailable\, the Executive Vice President shall temporarily ass
 ume the role of Interim President and administer the President’s duties 
 until the President is available to resume their role and&nbsp\;duties.
 
 Section 7. The VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING shall be responsible for all co
 mmunications functions addressing the needs of the Chapter including marke
 ting\, public relations\, and Chapter websites in accordance with Chapter 
 policies and bylaws.
 Section 9. The VICE PRESIDENT OF MEMBERSHIP shall b
 e responsible for all membership functions addressing the needs of Chapter
  membership\, including service delivery\, recruiting\, and retaining memb
 ers in accordance with Chapter policies and bylaws.
 Section 10. The VICE
  PRESIDENT OF VOLUNTEERS shall be responsible for all volunteer functions 
 addressing the needs of the Chapter volunteers\, including recruitment\, r
 etention\, recognition and leadership development training and support in 
 accordance with Chapter policies and bylaws.
