Kwame has been an invaluable member of our organization, serving first as Director of Finance and recently stepping into his new role as Director of Policy. Throughout his time with us, he has shown exceptional dedication and leadership.

This past month, Kwame made meaningful contributions on the Nominations Committee and played a vital role in the Kerrville Donation Event. No matter the task, Kwame is always quick to step in and offer his support, ensuring that our work continues seamlessly.

With a quick turnaround, she organized the entire committee—establishing schedules, clarifying roles, and setting clear milestones. Her ability to coordinate multiple moving parts, maintain focus on the big picture, and adapt to shifting priorities reflects true PMP-level skill in action.

Josette has shown exceptional service, leadership, and teamwork, which truly reflect the heart of our volunteer community.

Her efforts were key to the success of our first in-person chapter meeting at Aggie Park—a new venue that came together in just a few short weeks. Josette led the coordination of the venue layout, catering, Newcomer Orientation area, and technical setup for our guest speaker, ensuring all attendees felt welcomed and engaged.

Her proactive approach and attention to detail created a smooth, professional event and set the stage for future in-person meetings.
