Technology Evolution and Construction Project Management

Presentation Description

Effective project management is a cornerstone to the successful completion of construction endeavors of all sizes.  Traditional project management approaches and tools are enhanced by applying new techniques.  This presentation will touch upon some aspects of PMI-CP® certification, including sustainability and the evolution of technology to different aspects of the construction industry.

In this presentation, you will learn about:

  1. Optmizing Costs (Procurement, Tendering & Bidding, Material Management, Circular Economy)
  2. Use of Technology in Construction Project Management Applications
