Nicola Peterson is a seasoned leader who has shaped strategy and operations across Fortune 500 insurance and financial services organizations for over 20 years. Most recently she served on the Individual Life New Business executive team at Prudential Financial. Throughout her career, Nicola has established herself as a catalyst for growth, consistently delivering results by combining strategic insight with hands-on execution to drive meaningful organizational change.

She has cultivated a deep passion for volunteering and have held several leadership roles as National Director for a non-profit spanning seven chapters, Business Resource Officer, Grassroots Organizations, Women Leadership Organizations and Affinity Groups.

Nicola's academic foundation includes a MBA in Management from Strayer University, BS in Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies from City Tech, CUNY, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Safe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), and Certified SAFe Agilist (SA).
