In my current role, I lead and manage complex and multi-faceted agile cloud migration projects for the Department of Homeland Security Headquarters, collaborating with 20+ government and civilian stakeholders, developing project plans and artifacts, and ensuring compliance with security and quality standards. I have successfully delivered value and innovation to my clients and stakeholders, supporting 100+million dollar large scale enterprise projects, strategic idea planning, software development, stakeholder engagement, and Agile methodologies.
