Keynote Speaker - Taylor Meadows
Discussion: Modernizing Project Management - TPMOs Turning Development Costs into Strategic Wins
Key Takeaways
• Understand how modern software is built, tested, released and where key controls reduce risk.
• Learn how failures lead to outages or breaches and how to prevent them.
• Translate engineering work into financial value through R&D credits, incentives, and audit-ready practices.
Bio: Taylor Meadows is the CEO and Founder of Change Captain, a patented SaaS platform that automates R&D tax credits, tax deductions, and software capitalization by analyzing millions of actions across the software development lifecycle. A former Big Four auditor and CPA, Taylor specialized in software development accounting and compliance, where he saw how companies were missing out on millions in untapped incentives.
He founded Change Captain to close that gap—helping organizations recover up to 50% of development spend while improving engineering efficiency, compliance, and audit readiness. Taylor is a member of ISACA and a frequent speaker for IIA, ISACA, PMI, and ISSA, sharing practical insights on fraud prevention, compliance automation, and maximizing innovation incentives in technology-driven industries.
